What Wolt charges restaurants in Lithuania.

Wolt doesn't publish its commission in Lithuania; each restaurant's rate is set in its agreement. These figures are approximate, from public reports.

On top of the commission

  • Card processing

No separate card fee is listed: Wolt says its commission and fees pay for payment processing. Check your agreement.

Yes. Wolt's Lithuanian marketplace terms say VAT (PVM) is added to its commission and platform fee, at Lithuania's standard rate of 21%.

  • Wolt+ and visibility

  • Penalties

Under Wolt's Lithuanian terms: up to €8 for a re-delivery you cause, up to €5 for a 10-minute late or early handover plus up to €0.50 a minute after that, and up to €5 for a cancellation you cause, each plus VAT.

  • Devices

Wolt may deduct up to 50% of each payout to recover equipment costs paid in instalments.

  • Sign-up

Wolt's merchant FAQ lists no subscription, activation or cancellation fees.

  • Platform fee

In some countries Wolt adds a platform fee on top of the commission, as set in your agreement.

Figures are estimates from the numbers you enter. Wolt agreements differ by plan, location and volume, and platforms change their fees, so your Wolt payout statement is the source of truth. The direct column assumes every order is paid by card at about 3%, before your ordering plan's fee; cash and pay-at-counter orders cost nothing. Worth knowing

What else sets your Wolt bill in Lithuania.

Wolt works out its commission on the item price including VAT, after discounts you fund. On orders you deliver yourself, the commission also applies to the customer's delivery fee.

In 2021 Wolt said it doesn't disclose individual restaurants' rates. In January 2026 Wolt's Baltic spokesperson told tv3.lt the commission is a percentage of sales agreed by both sides.

Yes. Wolt's Lithuanian marketplace terms say VAT (PVM) is added to its commission and platform fee, at Lithuania's standard rate of 21%.

Match the plan to how you sell: a lower-commission plan usually means a smaller delivery area or less visibility in the app, and pickup orders cost less than delivery. Then give your regulars a direct way to order. An order placed on your own ordering page carries no commission, only your card processor's fee when the customer pays by card, so every regular who switches keeps the commission in your business. Keep Wolt for finding new customers.

No. Menuthere takes 0% commission on every plan. The free plan gives you your own ordering website, a QR code menu and table ordering, with 50 orders a month included. Lite ($17 a month) removes the order limit and adds your own domain; Pro ($39 a month) adds WhatsApp ordering on your own number, loyalty and your own riders.
