Can customers order from my restaurant through Facebook Messenger, and how long do I have to reply?

They can message you, but the order is typed by hand. You can reply within 24 hours of their message, up to 7 days after an ad click.

• After someone clicks a Click-to-Messenger ad and writes, the window can last up to 7 days.
• A Human Agent tag lets you reply by hand in a separate 7-day period.
• Where the law requires it, automated chats must say they are automated. Meta names California and Germany.
• Messages inside the window may be promotional.
• Reply fast and send your ordering link.
