Why does a customer's WhatsApp order message say 'Waiting for this message'?

It means the message has not been delivered yet. Update WhatsApp, check your connection and open WhatsApp at the same time as the customer.
- WhatsApp shows this when delivery failed, you or the sender recently reinstalled, or the app is out of date on either side.
- It can also appear after a replaced primary device.
- WhatsApp suggests opening WhatsApp together with the sender at the same time and checking your connection.
- Check that WhatsApp is up to date on both phones, then confirm the order once the message appears.
Orders the kitchen can see in full
Orders placed through Menuthere's Order Now menu show as finished orders in your dashboard, so a delayed chat message does not leave the kitchen guessing.
