Can customers still order when I am closed?

Not unless you set it up. A [free WhatsApp pre-order page](/free-whatsapp-order-page) lets customers choose their items and a date, and the order reaches your WhatsApp for when you reopen.

How it works

1
Pick the kind of sign
Closed today, closed for a holiday with your dates, special hours as a small table, or back soon. The tool then asks only for what that sign needs.
2
Type your dates or hours
Choose the dates or type the days and hours. Add a short reason or a thank-you line, your business name and a logo.
3
Download and share
Print the A4 PDF for your door or window, or download a square post or a story for WhatsApp status and Instagram.

Questions owners ask

Answered, plainly.

In plain words, like Thu 24 Dec. You pick a date in the box and the sign shows the weekday, the day and the month in English. For your own wording, use the special hours sign and type each day yourself, or change the headline.

A square post of 1080 × 1080 pixels, a story of 1080 × 1920 pixels and an A4 portrait sign. The A4 sign downloads as a PDF to print at 100% size. The story keeps its text clear of the top and bottom of the screen.

Yes. Choose Special hours and add up to seven days. Type the day as you want it to read, for example a date or Christmas Eve, and the hours beside it. Write Closed for a day you are shut.

Tape the A4 sign inside the door or window where people read it before they try the handle. Post the image on WhatsApp status and Instagram the day before, so regular customers see it. Pin it on your profile while it applies.

Not unless you set it up. A free WhatsApp pre-order page lets customers choose their items and a date, and the order reaches your WhatsApp for when you reopen.

No. This tool only makes a picture. Nothing is sent to Google or to any account. Update your holiday hours in your Google Business Profile yourself, so search and maps show the same days as your sign.
