Delivery fee calculator and radius map

Start with what a delivery costs you: the rider's pay or your fuel for the trip out and back, plus the time to pack. Then decide how much of that the customer pays. Try a flat fee, a fee per km and rings in the planner, and compare each table for a short trip and a long one.

A flat fee is the simplest and works when most customers live close. A fee per km is fair when distances vary a lot. Rings are easy to say and to print: up to 3 km costs this, up to 6 km costs that. Pick the one you can explain to a customer in one sentence.

It depends on what you sell and how long it holds up on the way. Time a ride to the edge of your circle at your busiest hour. If food arrives late or cold, pull the circle in. You can start small and widen it later.

The circles and the Check an address box use straight-line distance, because that is what a map can draw. Roads are longer, so a customer 3 km away in a straight line can be much further by road. Leave some room when you set fees, or use rings so a small difference does not change the price.

The search uses OpenStreetMap, which can miss newer shops and small lanes. Try the street or the area name instead, or zoom in and drag the red pin to the right spot. The planner only needs the pin, not an exact address.

Copy the text from the planner and paste it into a WhatsApp message, a story or your Instagram bio. You can also put the fee and the area you deliver to on a free WhatsApp order page, so customers see them before they order.
