Take App gives a café a menu link where customers order for delivery, pickup or at the table by QR code, and each order arrives as a WhatsApp message and in a dashboard. The Basic plan is free, Business is $50 a month, and neither takes a commission.

OlaClick combines a digital menu and ordering website with a point of sale and kitchen screen. A free plan covers 10 orders a month and paid plans start at US$9.90 a month on annual billing, with no commission.

Online payments: Online payments depend on the country: D24 (cards, bank transfers and local methods) is available in most countries where OlaClick operates but not in Brazil; OlaPago, processed by dLocal, is available only to accounts in Peru; in Brazil the help centre covers PIX online through Tuna, credit cards through Stripe and Stone card machines at the POS. The Google Play listing also names Nequi, Daviplata, Mercado Pago and WebPay. Restaurants can also set up manual (offline) payment methods.

Free Start plan with no card needed, and paid plans from €2 a month. Menivo says orders placed through it carry no commission on any plan (Menivo pricing and FAQ).
The pricing table includes online ordering, table reservations, customer reviews and AI English translation on every plan, including the free one. Customers can order for pickup or delivery, give a desired pickup time, and are notified at each status change (online orders guide).
The POS module is included from the €2 Entry plan and runs in a browser on a tablet, phone or laptop. It covers a floor plan, staff PINs and roles, QR table orders in the same flow, a kitchen screen by department, split bills, returns with approval and a link to the fiscal cash register (POS page).

Tight menu limits: the free plan allows 20 products, 3 categories and 200 QR scans a month, and even Pro (€9) stops at 50 products. Unlimited products start at Pro + (€19 a month) (pricing table).
Every plan below Enterprise covers one location. Five locations cost €45 a month on Enterprise (pricing table).

Free with every feature for up to 30 products, so cafés and bars with short menus can use it at no cost. One subscription (1,000 RON for 12 months, about 83 lei a month) unlocks unlimited products (MeniuDigital home page; pricing blog post, 13 March 2026).
No commission on orders placed through the web menu: the in-app ordering page says these orders are included in the subscription.
One menu link handles table QR ordering, 'call the waiter', online table reservations, and delivery or pickup orders with delivery zones drawn on a map, a fee and minimum order per zone and a free-delivery threshold (home page; online ordering guide).

Online ordering with delivery and pickup is labelled beta. The in-app progress list shows online card payment, scheduled orders, a packaging fee, pausing orders, promo codes, customer accounts and cash-register integration as planned, not available.
New orders arrive as push notifications in the MeniuDigital staff app on a phone, tablet or Sunmi POS. The guide says at least one device must have notifications on, or guests do not see the ordering options at all. Tickets can be printed on a Sunmi POS, but automatic printing is still listed as planned.
No loyalty programme, as MeniuDigital's own comparison of Romanian menu platforms notes. Glovo, Bolt Food and Wolt appear only as link buttons in the menu's ordering widget, with no order integration (home page; comparison post; admin app).

The homepage names only cash on delivery for delivery orders and publishes no online card payment option.
The terms of use (last updated 10 June 2022) have no billing, renewal, cancellation or refund clauses, and the yearly prices do not say whether VAT is included.

Menu Tiger, Menuthere, Menubarcode, Take App, OlaClick, vOrder, Menivo, MeniuDigital and Menu App list a free plan or free tier. Each has limits, so compare them with your menu size and daily orders.

None of them takes a commission on orders. They charge flat monthly or yearly fees or nothing on a free plan; payment providers still charge their own card fees.

No long-term contract; billed monthly or yearly (15% off yearly). The service terms say plans renew automatically and auto-renewal cannot be switched off, and that cancelling ends access at once with no refund for the current billing cycle.

Month to month; 7-day free trial on Lite and Pro

Billed in advance monthly or yearly ("Save 17% with yearly billing"), or a one-time "Lifetime" payment; the site says "Cancel anytime". The terms say there are no cash refunds for early cancellation unless the law requires one, and subscription fees can change from the end of the current billing cycle after reasonable notice.

Monthly, or yearly at a discount. The restaurants page says no long-term contract is needed. Yearly plans are paid up front: you can cancel the renewal at any time but cannot end the current term early.

Prepaid plans of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months; the headline prices need the 12-month plan paid upfront. Automatic renewal can be switched off with one click (pricing page FAQ).

No fixed term: monthly or yearly per location, change or cancel any time. Yearly plans are paid in advance for 12 months and are not refunded if cancelled early. Plans renew automatically when billing details are saved.

App Store subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle and are cancelled in the Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Customers billed directly by Vtra are billed monthly, cancel by email, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the next billing cycle, with both months payable; late payment costs 5% of the monthly fee per overdue day, and service can be ended after 2 consecutive unpaid months (vtra.app terms).

Month to month. The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and there is no cancellation fee (terms, updated 9 August 2026). The pricing section also advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Prepaid for 6 or 12 months, by card through Netopia Payments or by bank transfer against a proforma invoice (admin checkout). Automatic renewal is optional and can be stopped, with access kept until the paid period ends. The cancellation policy (updated 13 November 2024) says you can ask by email for a full refund of the amount paid, returned within at most 14 working days.

Priced per year. The terms of use (last updated 10 June 2022) publish no minimum term, renewal, cancellation or refund terms.

Online payments: Online payments depend on the country: D24 (cards, bank transfers and local methods) is available in most countries where OlaClick operates but not in Brazil; OlaPago, processed by dLocal, is available only to accounts in Peru; in Brazil the help centre covers PIX online through Tuna, credit cards through Stripe and Stone card machines at the POS. The Google Play listing also names Nequi, Daviplata, Mercado Pago and WebPay. Restaurants can also set up manual (offline) payment methods.

No commission on orders: OlaClick charges only a fixed monthly fee, and the restaurant receives payments directly (OlaClick pricing page FAQ).
Low entry price: a free plan with 10 orders a month, and paid plans from US$9.90 a month on annual billing, priced in local currency in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru (OlaClick pricing page and 2026 plans article).
One product covers the ordering menu with its own domain, QR and table ordering, WhatsApp ordering and an AI chatbot, a POS with a waiter app, delivery management with a rider app, loyalty and, from the Premium plan up, a kitchen screen (OlaClick home page and pricing page).

Order caps on the cheaper plans: 10 orders a month on Free, 75 on Advanced and 400 on Premium; only Elite (US$59 a month on annual billing) and Infinity have unlimited orders (OlaClick 2026 plans article and pricing page).
The headline prices are for 12-month plans paid upfront; paying month to month costs more, for example US$12 instead of US$9.90 for Advanced (OlaClick pricing page).
