The best restaurant delivery management software, scored

Delivery management software is for restaurants that run their own riders: it assigns each order to a driver, tracks them on a live map, sets delivery zones and fees, and often pulls phone and delivery-app orders onto one screen. These seven do that for the restaurant's own fleet, so delivery runs without handing every order to a marketplace. Two include it on a free plan, and published prices start under $10 a month.

1. OlaClick

Small restaurants, cafés and dark kitchens in Latin America that want a low-cost, commission-free ordering menu with delivery management, a rider app and a kitchen screen.

OlaClick combines an ordering site (QR, table and WhatsApp ordering) with a POS, kitchen screen and delivery management with its own rider app, at 0% commission. A free plan covers 10 orders a month; the Advanced plan is $9.90 a month billed annually, the lowest published price on this list.

Online payments
Online payments depend on the country: D24 (cards, bank transfers and local methods) is available in most countries where OlaClick operates but not in Brazil; OlaPago, processed by dLocal, is available only to accounts in Peru; in Brazil the help centre covers PIX online through Tuna, credit cards through Stripe and Stone card machines at the POS. The Google Play listing also names Nequi, Daviplata, Mercado Pago and WebPay. Restaurants can also set up manual (offline) payment methods.

Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations

  • No commission on orders: OlaClick charges only a fixed monthly fee, and the restaurant receives payments directly (OlaClick pricing page FAQ).
  • Low entry price: a free plan with 10 orders a month, and paid plans from US$9.90 a month on annual billing, priced in local currency in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru (OlaClick pricing page and 2026 plans article).
  • One product covers the ordering menu with its own domain, QR and table ordering, WhatsApp ordering and an AI chatbot, a POS with a waiter app, delivery management with a rider app, loyalty and, from the Premium plan up, a kitchen screen (OlaClick home page and pricing page).
  • Order caps on the cheaper plans: 10 orders a month on Free, 75 on Advanced and 400 on Premium; only Elite (US$59 a month on annual billing) and Infinity have unlimited orders (OlaClick 2026 plans article and pricing page).
  • The headline prices are for 12-month plans paid upfront; paying month to month costs more, for example US$12 instead of US$9.90 for Advanced (OlaClick pricing page).
  • Several tools are country-limited: OlaClick says online payments, POS integrations, delivery-app integrations and electronic invoices are available only in some countries; electronic invoicing is only for Brazil and Colombia, OlaPago is Peru-only and D24 is not offered in Brazil (OlaClick pricing page and help centre).

2. Menuthere

Independent restaurants that deliver with their own riders and want live tracking and 0% commission, without a separate dispatch tool.

On Menuthere's Pro plan ($39 a month), the restaurant's own riders use the Menuthere Delivery App for iPhone and Android, customers follow them on a live map with a Call button, and each order is assigned to a rider by hand with no per-delivery fee, at 0% commission. Ordering runs from the Free plan up; its own POS is a $10-a-month add-on.

  • Its own POS is basic (in-store billing, as a $10-a-month add-on), and the only outside POS it connects to is Petpooja, set up on Pro.
  • No integration with delivery apps such as Uber Eats or Deliveroo.
  • Online payments need Stripe, which doesn't open accounts in every country (India uses Razorpay, Easebuzz, Cashfree or OrangePG instead).

3. Deonde

Restaurants that want to start free on a commission-free ordering site and later pay per outlet for a branded app, loyalty and their own drivers with a driver app.

Deonde's restaurant product, Ressto, gives an ordering website with QR table ordering, and on the Scale plan adds delivery management and a driver app, at 0% commission. Basic is free (100 orders a month, cash only); Growth is $39 and Scale $99 per restaurant a month.

The restaurant connects its own gateway account and receives the money directly. Ressto lists Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, SumUp, Xendit, Authorize.Net, Clover, USAePay, CardConnect and Bambora (Worldline), plus cash on delivery and pay at counter. Deonde's FAQ adds PayFort, Telr, Paystack, Flutterwave, MTN Mobile Money, M-Pesa, Apple Pay and Google Pay, saying gateways vary by region, and its country pages mention GCash and Maya (Philippines) and Lanka QR (Sri Lanka). Online payments need Ressto Growth or above; the free Basic plan is cash only.

Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations

  • Free-forever Ressto Basic plan with an ordering website, up to 10 QR codes for ordering, table reservations and 0% commission, for up to 100 orders a month (Ressto pricing page).
  • 0% commission on every plan and no per-order fees on Ressto plans; the restaurant uses its own payment gateway, with Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, SumUp and six more listed (Ressto pricing and integrations pages).
  • The Scale plan ($99 per restaurant a month) includes a branded iOS and Android app published under the restaurant's name, a loyalty programme, and delivery management with a driver app and live tracking (Ressto pricing page).
  • The free Basic plan takes cash payments only, caps orders at 100 a month and carries Ressto's domain and branding; online payments start on Growth at $39 per restaurant a month (Ressto pricing page).
  • The branded app, loyalty, delivery management and driver app are only on Scale ($99 per restaurant a month), and POS integration is not in Basic, Growth or Scale; Ressto's POS page says it is available on custom plans.
  • Deonde's own pages disagree on plan details: the Basic menu-item limit is 50 on deonde.co but 200 on ressto.co, and the Ressto FAQ describes a $39 'Pro' plan with a branded app, while the pricing page puts the app in the $99 Scale plan.

4. uEngage

Indian restaurants and chains that want their own branded website or app, with loyalty, WhatsApp marketing and delivery tools, and can pay an annual fee plus a setup fee.

uEngage gives restaurants an ordering website and branded apps, and its Flash module manages delivery for the restaurant's own riders. Published plans are annual per outlet: WebXpress ₹21,999 a year plus ₹20,000 setup, up to AppXpress ₹1,24,999 plus ₹50,000; there is a 2% transaction charge on every plan.

The restaurant connects its own payment gateway. uEngage's integrations page lists Razorpay, Paytm, Ezetap and Simpl, and its terms name Razorpay and Stripe. Customers pay by UPI, card, wallet or Paytm (QR menu page). Money goes straight to the restaurant's gateway account, and uEngage does not hold customer funds (terms). Inc42 reports that the 2% + GST charge on orders paid online covers the gateway fee.

Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Reservations

  • Prices are published for a single outlet. WebXpress costs ₹21,999 a year, WebXpress + LoyaltyPro ₹39,999 and AppXpress, with branded Android and iOS apps, ₹1,24,999. Each has a one-time setup fee (uEngage pricing page).
  • No commission on orders. uEngage's 2% transaction charge applies to orders paid online and, according to uEngage and Inc42, is the payment gateway fee. Cash-on-delivery orders carry no charge (uEngage FAQ, pricing and web-ordering pages; Inc42, April 2024).
  • One platform covers ordering (website, table QR, branded apps, WhatsApp, kiosk) and loyalty and campaigns by WhatsApp, SMS and email. Its delivery tools dispatch the restaurant's own riders (as many as it wants at no extra cost) or couriers such as Shadowfax, Porter, Rapido and Loadshare, with each completed delivery task billed at ₹3–5 + GST (Edge, Prism, Flash, integrations and pricing pages; FAQ).
  • Setup costs: a one-time fee of ₹20,000–₹50,000 on top of ₹21,999–₹1,24,999 a year for one outlet, with GST extra. Pricing for more than one outlet is quote-only (pricing page, terms).
  • Usage and add-ons cost extra: digital bills 25–50 paise each, SMS/OTP 16–18 paise, WhatsApp Ordering ₹20,000, uKiosk from ₹15,000, uServe from ₹25,000 and delivery tasks ₹3–5 + GST each. Branded apps come only with the ₹1,24,999 AppXpress plan (pricing page).
  • India only, with no self-serve sign-up. Every plan button, and even the free QR menu, opens a demo form that asks for a state and a 10-digit mobile number, and the only phone number listed is Indian (+91). The terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes going to courts in Chandigarh (pricing, QR menu and book-demo pages, terms).

5. Deliverart

Italian restaurants and pizzerias that deliver with their own riders and want web, phone, Just Eat, Glovo and Deliveroo orders on one screen.

Deliverart is delivery-management software from Rome: orders from its own commission-free ordering web app, the phone and Just Eat, Glovo and Deliveroo arrive on one screen, with a rider app, automatic delivery rounds and a kitchen display. Start is €360 a year (up to 3 riders); Premium is €600 (up to 7 riders, adds integrations and the ordering web app).

In the Deliverart ordering web app, customers can pay online through Nexi XPay (on the restaurant's own XPay account) or PayPal, or pay cash on delivery. Deliverart is not a till: it links to the restaurant's own till (Tilby; a Cassa in Cloud link was listed as coming in December 2025) and prints to EPSON printers.

Includes: Own ordering website · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations

  • Deliverart says its ordering web app for delivery and takeaway takes no commission, from the restaurant or its customers. The restaurant pays nothing for the domain, programming or maintenance, and customers can only order for delivery times that are actually free.
  • Orders from the web app, the phone, Just Eat, Glovo and Deliveroo arrive on one screen, and one central menu updates the platforms. The home page says more than 1,000 venues are active on it.
  • It is built for restaurants with their own riders. The Deliverart Rider app has a shift calendar, turn-by-turn navigation and live location tracking. Delivery rounds are organised automatically, and a kitchen display (DODS) sets the order of preparation.
  • On Start the ordering web app is not included (it is quoted separately). It first comes with Premium at €600 a year plus VAT, and the pricing page lists a customised web app only under All Inclusive at €970 a year per location.
  • Premium includes only Just Eat and Deliveroo. Glovo integration is quoted separately, and Premium gets only one extra integration (a till, an ordering app, invoicing or a printer). The rider app is limited to 3 riders on Start and 7 on Premium.
  • There is no self-serve sign-up. Restaurants request a demo, and activation takes 10 to 15 working days on average.

6. másDelivery

Restaurants and chains in Argentina that want their own ordering store and branded apps with delivery logistics for a fixed fee per order instead of a marketplace commission.

másDelivery gives a restaurant its own online store with order links for Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook, and Plan Full adds branded apps, marketing and POS and delivery-logistics integrations. Plan Full is ARS 23,109 a month plus a fixed ARS 557 per order, with a one-time setup fee and no lock-in contract.

No percentage commission, but Plan Full charges a fixed fee on every order: ARS 557 + IVA in Argentina (September 2026 PDF; the homepage shows ARS 535 + IVA). Plan Free: no per-order fee for the first 50 orders, then ARS 535 + IVA per order. The homepage compares this fixed cost per order with the 30% commission of delivery apps.
Online payments
The plan comparison lists Mercado Pago on both plans and Prisma on Plan Full only. The homepage names Mercado Pago, Payway and ePay as online payment integrations. The September 2026 PDF says online payments take Mercado Pago account money and credit or debit cards through epay. Under the diner terms, each restaurant chooses whether customers pay cash or online, and online payments go to the restaurant through the payment processor with nothing withheld by másDelivery. The self-service kiosk takes QR and debit and credit card payments through epay.

Includes: Own ordering website · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations

  • No percentage commission and no minimum contract. Plan Full charges a fixed fee per order (ARS 557 + IVA in Argentina, September 2026 cost PDF), Plan Free has no monthly or per-order fee for its first 50 orders (másDelivery homepage), and the all-in-one page FAQ says there is no lock-in contract.
  • Plan Full adds the restaurant's own Android and iOS apps, unlimited email marketing, satisfaction surveys, push notifications and a free Google Ads campaign; coupons, automatic discounts and Facebook/Google pixels are on both plans (másDelivery plan comparison). Branded apps are published on Google Play under másDelivery's name, for example Heladería Venecia's (4.8 stars from 82 ratings).
  • Orders can go into POS systems (Maxi Rest, Fudo, Núcleo IT, Bruler, Ayres IT, Geo Soft, Vinson), deliveries can go out through PedidosYa Envíos, Rappi Cargo, Uber Direct and Cabify, and online payments work with Mercado Pago, Payway and ePay (másDelivery homepage). A separate app-integrator module brings PedidosYa, Rappi and Uber Eats orders into one inbox (all-in-one page).
  • Every plan has a one-time setup fee, the Free plan included: ARS 95,000 + IVA in Argentina (másDelivery homepage and September 2026 cost PDF).
  • Plan Full charges a fixed fee on every order on top of the monthly fee, so the cost grows with order volume: ARS 23,109 + IVA a month plus ARS 557 + IVA per order (September 2026 cost PDF).
  • Plan Free has a 50-order maximum (ARS 535 + IVA per order above that) and one location. It has no Android or iOS app, delivery zones, POS or management-system integration, email marketing, surveys, push notifications or WhatsApp support, and the restaurant configures it itself (másDelivery plan comparison).

7. Deliverect

Multi-location chains, QSR brands and dark kitchens that already use Deliverect for delivery apps and want their own branded ordering channel managed on the same system.

Deliverect connects delivery apps to restaurant POS systems and sends orders to one screen; Deliverect Direct adds the restaurant's own branded ordering website and app, QR ordering and loyalty, with orders routed into the POS. It quotes rather than publishing, on subscription periods from 30 days to 12 months.

Not published. Deliverect's terms say that when Direct is sold on a hybrid fee, a transactional fee applies to online orders paid through the payment processing used with Direct, on top of the subscription. The rate is set in the quote.
Online payments
Dpay (Deliverect Pay), Deliverect's own white-labelled payment solution (the Online Ordering page says Deliverect Pay is powered by Adyen), takes Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus regional methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Cartes Bancaires, eftpos, JCB and ACH Direct Debit. Restaurants with an existing provider can connect it through Deliverect Gateway, and enterprises can use the Pay API. Offline methods (cash, card, invoice) can also be set up.

Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Menu translation

  • Orders from the restaurant's own website, app, table QR codes and social channels go straight into its POS, in the same dashboard as delivery-app orders. Deliverect lists POS integrations such as Toast, Lightspeed, Square and Oracle Micros Simphony (Deliverect Direct page).
  • Covers the whole direct channel: a branded website that can use the restaurant's own domain, table QR ordering, ordering from Instagram and Facebook, offers sent on WhatsApp, delivery and pickup on the Google profile, pre-order slots, delivery zones with a fee per zone, coupons, cashback loyalty and email or SMS campaigns (Direct, Online Ordering, Social Media Ordering and Marketing & Loyalty pages; help centre).
  • Restaurants can use Deliverect's own payments (Dpay: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and regional methods) or connect the payment provider they already have through Deliverect Gateway (Dpay page).
  • No published price for Direct. The pricing page only offers 'Get a Quote', and the Online Ordering FAQ says pricing varies by market (Deliverect pricing and Online Ordering pages).
  • Its terms allow a transactional fee on online orders paid through Deliverect's payment processing, on top of the subscription (the hybrid fee). The subscription is paid upfront, fees are non-refundable, and fees can be raised with 30 days' notice (terms of service).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. A 12-month term needs 90 days' notice to cancel, and data is permanently removed after the subscription ends (terms of service, 'Cancel a subscription' help article).

How we scored them

Every score, so you can check the order.

Ranked by total score. OlaClick leads on 7. Menuthere is our product and scores 6 (tied with Deonde and Deliverart); we never rank it first, and we score ourselves honestly — Menuthere assigns orders by hand and does not pull delivery-app orders onto one screen, so it loses points there and we point delivery-app-heavy kitchens to Deliverart or Deliverect. Among the sixes, Menuthere sits second as our product; ties below are broken by the lowest cost to start and how widely each is sold.

When a rival is the better choice

Pick another system over Menuthere if…

  • OlaClick: You run a café or dark kitchen in Latin America and want ordering, a kitchen screen and a rider app at the lowest published price.
  • Menuthere: You want automatic route planning, delivery-app orders on the same screen, or a fleet larger than hand-assignment suits, rather than live tracking with manual assignment.
  • Deonde: You want to grow from a free commission-free ordering site into a branded app, loyalty and a driver app on one platform.
  • uEngage: You are in India and want a branded website or app plus Flash delivery management and WhatsApp marketing from one vendor, paid annually.
  • Deliverart: You are an Italian restaurant or pizzeria that wants automatic delivery rounds and delivery-app orders on the same screen as your own riders.
  • másDelivery: You are in Argentina and prefer a fixed fee per order with delivery logistics and branded apps, rather than a percentage commission.
  • Deliverect: You run many outlets and want delivery-app and direct orders managed in one enterprise system, and a quoted contract is acceptable.

How we chose them

What put a system on this list.

  • A system qualifies if its dated profile on Menuthere shows a driver app or delivery dispatch for the restaurant's own riders — assigning orders, live tracking, zones or routing — it is active, and it takes the restaurant's own orders.
  • Each system is scored on five criteria worth up to 2 points each (10 in all). The rubric and every score are in the table above, and each point comes from a fact in the system's profile.
  • Card processing is left out of the scores because every system charges it. Prices are each company's published prices on the date in its profile. This list is about managing delivery; for ordering systems that merely allow your own drivers, see our separate list.
  • Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.

Questions

Answered, plainly.

Software for a restaurant that delivers with its own riders. It assigns each order to a driver, tracks them on a live map, sets delivery zones and fees, and often brings phone and delivery-app orders onto one screen — so delivery runs in-house rather than through a marketplace that takes a cut of every order.

An ordering system that "allows" your own drivers simply lets you mark an order as delivered by you. Delivery management software goes further: a driver app, live tracking the customer can follow, assignment of orders to riders, zones and routes. Several systems do both; this list ranks them on the delivery-management side.

OlaClick includes delivery management with a rider app on its free plan (10 orders a month), and Deonde's free Basic plan takes orders (cash only), with the driver app on its Scale plan. Menuthere's rider app with live tracking is on its Pro plan at $39 a month, with ordering free from the start.

Some can. Deliverart pulls Just Eat, Glovo and Deliveroo orders onto the same screen as your own riders, and Deliverect connects many delivery apps into the POS. Menuthere manages the restaurant's own riders but does not bring delivery-app orders onto its screen, so a kitchen that needs that should look at Deliverart or Deliverect.
