Menufy fees and pricing in 2026: the plan, the card fee and the guest convenience fee

Menufy charges $149 a month on a 12-month agreement or $179 a month month to month, with the same features on both (pricing page, read October 20, 2026). Card payments cost 2.75% + $0.30 per order on top. Menufy's help center also describes a per-order convenience fee, which you or your guests pay depending on how your account is set up. Menufy doesn't publish the amount. For 600 online orders a month at $30, the plan and card fees come to about $824 a month on the annual agreement, before that convenience fee.

The 12-month agreement saves $30 a month, which is the $360 a year Menufy advertises. Menufy's help center says it charges no separate hosting or maintenance fee.

How does Menufy's guest convenience fee work?
This is the part of Menufy's pricing that is easiest to miss.
- Who pays it: Menufy's features article says "With Menufy, the customer pays the fee required to process the order." Its Clover billing article says that, depending on how you set up your service fee, "you or your customer could be paying for the convenience fee that Menufy charges." If guests pay, it appears on their ticket as a convenience fee. If you pay, it's billed to you.
- How much: not published. We couldn't find the amount on the pricing page, the features article or the help center on October 20, 2026. An archived copy of Menufy's pricing page from August 2025 showed $1.75 per order, and an archived copy from March 2025 showed the same $1.75 with no monthly fee. Treat both as history, not today's price.
- Voids: voiding an order within 12 hours refunds it fully, and the convenience fee for that order isn't charged.
- Cash orders: if a guest pays cash in store, you collect the fee from them and Menufy deducts it from your next payout. A cash-only restaurant needs a card on file so Menufy can collect the fees.
Why it matters: at 600 orders a month, every $1 of convenience fee is $600 a month, or $7,200 a year, paid by you or your guests. Ask Menufy for the current amount in writing, and who pays it on your account, before you sign the 12-month agreement.
Worked example: 600 online orders a month at $30
One US restaurant, 600 online orders a month, $30 average order, all paid by card online: $18,000 a month in card volume. No delivery partner, not on Clover.

Delivery partner add-on: if 100 of those orders went out with DoorDash or Uber through Menufy, 12.5% of $3,000 in delivery subtotals is $375 a month to you, and guests pay the delivery fee on top. For context on marketplace commission, see DoorDash commission in the USA.
What this shows: Menufy's card rate saves you $27 a month against Stripe's list rate. The plan price and the unpublished convenience fee are what decide whether it costs more or less than other options.
When is Menufy worth the price?
- You want it run for you. A dedicated success manager reviews your results every month, and Menufy runs automated email and text follow-ups, loyalty and AI review prompts. Menuthere has no email or text marketing campaigns.
- You want orders from Google. Menufy takes orders from your Google Business listing and keeps your hours and prices synced there.
- You use Clover. Menufy runs on your own Clover processing, with orders in your Clover POS. Menuthere has no Clover integration in the US.
- You want a lower card rate than Stripe's list price. 2.75% + $0.30 beats 2.9% + 30¢ on every order size.
It is a weaker fit if you don't want a fee added to guests' orders, or if you'd rather not commit to 12 months. Month to month costs $360 a year more.
