Card processing
Bolt's Ukrainian terms list no separate card fee: it pays you what customers paid, minus its agency fee, any service fees, taxes and penalties, and other fees you agreed. Check your agreement.
VAT (ПДВ) on the commission
Yes. Bolt's terms for Ukrainian partners say all its fees are subject to VAT. Ukraine's standard rate is 20%.
Service fees
Charged on top of the commission, according to Bolt's terms, for extra services such as promotions, advertising, product photos and licences, for platform features, and for devices and software.
Devices
Use your own device, or buy or rent one from Bolt. Bolt may ask for a deposit on a rented device and can charge its value if you don't return it.

Worth knowing
Bolt's percentage is worked out on the gross price of the food, including VAT, according to its terms in force from 10 June 2026. Different percentages can apply to different delivery types and services.
Bolt can change your percentage or service fees on 15 days' written notice, by email included; you can end the agreement before the new rate starts.
Payouts are weekly unless you agree otherwise.
