Card processing
Glovo doesn't list a separate card fee in Ukraine. Its terms say it collects customers' payments as your agent and withholds its fee before paying you out; check your contract.
VAT (ПДВ) on the commission
Yes. Glovo's Ukrainian company is registered for VAT and invoices its commission plus 20% VAT, according to a Ukrainian accountant's 2026 guide; whether the VAT comes on top of your agreed rate or inside it depends on your contract. Ukraine's standard rate is 20%.
Additional services and penalties
Billed separately from the commission, according to Glovo's terms: extra services you order, Glovo's costs when you breach the contract, charges for not keeping your venue available or for incomplete orders, and other penalties in your contract.
Sponsored visibility
Optional paid placement. Glovo's terms say paying for it is one of the factors in how you rank in the app.
Promotions
Discounts you run on Glovo must be at least 10% off the item's usual price, the same for every item in the promotion.
Subscriptions
None: Glovo's Ukrainian pricing page says it charges no subscription, contract or cancellation fees.

Worth knowing
Glovo's Ukrainian terms (updated 15 June 2026, in force 1 July 2026) set each partner's fee by a formula in its contract, so larger restaurants may agree different rates.
Glovo's pricing FAQ says its commission pays for access to the app, couriers' costs, customer support, and advertising and marketing.
Glovo told Interfax-Ukraine in May 2026 that 90% of its 12,000 Ukrainian partners are small and medium businesses, and that a courier shortage leaves up to 20% of orders unserved at times.
Glovo belongs to Delivery Hero, which Uber agreed to buy in July 2026. Glovo Ukraine is among the businesses that would pass to Uber.
