Keeta commission · UAE · checked October 2026
Keeta doesn't publish its commission in the UAE, and no reputable source reports a specific Keeta percentage. For context, UAE operators and a 2026 restaurant-software guide put aggregator commissions at roughly 25% to 35% of each order; Keeta says it sits below that band, and its public offer so far is a Founding Vendor Program with no set-up and no registration fees. Your exact rate is set in your contract.
Keeta doesn't publish its UAE restaurant commission, and no reputable source reports a Keeta-specific percentage. The range below is the general UAE market band from a restaurant-software guide and operators quoted in the trade press; it is not Keeta's own rate, which is set in your contract. Keeta positions itself below this band. Other apps and countries
The rates
Your own agreement with Keeta sets your rate. These approximate ranges come from public sources, listed at the foot of the page.
| Order type | Keeta delivers | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| UAE market context (not Keeta's own rate) | ~25–35% | The general UAE aggregator band from Horex (April 2026) and operators in the trade press — talabat around 25–30%, Deliveroo up to 35%. Keeta publishes no rate and positions itself below this band; it isn't a Keeta figure. |
Card processing
Keeta doesn't publish a card fee for the UAE, or say whether payment processing is inside the commission. Check your contract.
VAT on the commission
The UAE charges 5% VAT on services, and delivery apps generally add VAT to their fees. Keeta doesn't publish how VAT appears on its invoices, so check your monthly statement.
Founding Vendor Program
Keeta's UAE offer is reported to have no set-up fee and no registration fee (Horex, April 2026). The commission percentage itself isn't published.

Moving 90 orders a month (30%) to your own link keeps AED 1,458 a month in your business — AED 17,496 a year.
Figures are estimates from the numbers you enter. Keeta agreements differ by plan, location and volume, and platforms change their fees, so your Keeta payout statement is the source of truth. The direct column assumes every order is paid by card at about 3%, before your ordering plan's fee; cash and pay-at-counter orders cost nothing. Worth knowing
Exclusivity. Ministerial Decision 32 of 2026 limits exclusive deals between delivery apps and restaurants to 12 months and to 10% of an app's restaurants, and any commission discount for exclusivity must be backed by evidence. It sets no cap on commission.
Dubai. Guidelines issued in September 2025 require 30 days' notice of changes, monthly itemised statements breaking down food, delivery, VAT and commission, and clearly disclosed, optional marketing fees. Customer-subscription costs can't be unfairly passed on to restaurants.
Keeta, the international arm of China's Meituan, completed its UAE rollout in late 2025 and positions itself as cheaper than the established apps. It hasn't published a rate card, and no reputable source reports a specific Keeta percentage.
The 25–35% band above describes the UAE market Keeta competes in, not Keeta's own rate. Keeta's pitch is that it undercuts it; by how much is set in each restaurant's contract.

A Keeta alternative for your regulars
A delivery app is a good way to be found and an expensive way to serve people who already know you. Give your regulars your own ordering link, and the commission on their orders stays in your business.
