Can I charge different prices on talabat than in my restaurant?
Updated 16 October 2026
In the UAE and Egypt, talabat publishes no price-parity rule, so your contract decides. In Kuwait, Decision 109 says your talabat prices must not be higher than in-store, except approved promotions.
- Kuwait: a platform can't stop you selling cheaper on your own website or other apps, or setting your own prices.
- Kuwait: contracts had to be aligned with Decision 109 by 1 September 2026, according to press and law-firm summaries.
- UAE and Egypt: talabat's partner contract isn't public, so check your own copy for a price clause.
- You change prices yourself in the talabat partner app, which handles product price and variation updates.
- Kuwait also caps the platform's all-in take at 17% of order value. See talabat commission in Kuwait.
