Can I sell cheaper on my own website than on Zomato?

Not clearly. Zomato's live terms (19 September 2025) have no price-parity rule, and press reports say it dropped its price-disparity charge in April 2026. Read the current terms and ask your account manager before you price lower.
- No parity rule: clause 5 of the live terms only bars charging above MRP on packaged goods.
- Still in the terms: a restaurant "will not provide any preferential treatment to customers ordering independently" (clause 3(i)).
- Same items: every item you sell for delivery on your own channels must also be available on Zomato (clause 3(xxxix)).
- Press report: Business Standard said on 23 April 2026 that Zomato dropped its price-disparity charge. A Zomato source said it was never enforced.
- Read the current terms and ask your account manager. Don't assume.
