What does commission-free online ordering mean?
Updated 1 October 2026
It means the ordering system takes no percentage of each order, so you keep the food total. It does not mean every cost is zero. Payment fees, delivery and packing still cost money.
- Payment fee: the card or UPI provider charges its own fee. Stripe US shows 2.9% + 30 cents per domestic card payment. Other countries differ.
- Stripe US: no setup fee and no monthly fee. International cards add 1.5%.
- Other costs: you still pay for delivery, packing and the system subscription, if there is one.
- Compare: look at the total cost, not only the commission.
