Does foodpanda charge restaurants a sign-up or onboarding fee?

foodpanda doesn't publish a sign-up fee for Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Hong Kong or Taiwan. Pakistan is the exception: applicants submit an “onboarding fee payment slip”, but the amount isn't published.

• Pakistan: the document list includes an “Onboarding fee payment slip”, so a fee exists there. Ask foodpanda for the amount in writing.
• Other markets: activation, tablet and subscription fees aren't published on foodpanda's partner pages (read 30 September 2026).
• Commission comes in “commission fee packages”, shown during registration. See foodpanda commission in Pakistan.
• Before signing, ask foodpanda to list every one-time, monthly and per-order charge in writing.
