How do I remove my restaurant from Grubhub?

Tell your Account Advisor you want to take your restaurant off Grubhub. To stop orders straight away, contact Restaurant Care or use your Grubhub for Restaurants portal. Grubhub says restaurants aren't contractually bound to stay, and there's no cancellation fee.
- Through your Account Advisor, you keep receiving orders until they action your request, so plan for that gap.
- To stop now, contact Restaurant Care or use the option in your portal. Grubhub lists its Merchant Care team on (877) 799-0790 and restaurants@grubhub.com.
- Before you go, check open adjustments: you can dispute them for 30 days in Financials → Transactions.
- No fee to leave: Grubhub's FAQ says there are no cancellation fees.

Keep taking orders after you leave
Put your menu on your own Menuthere ordering website and QR code, made from a photo or PDF of your menu. Customers order direct at 0% commission, and the orders ring in your partner app.
