How do I remove my restaurant from Uber Eats in the US?

Use Uber's merchant support form, or call +1 866-987-3742, and choose the reason for removing your business. Under the US terms either side can end the agreement on 60 days' written notice, but you can't end it while an Offer or Sponsored Listing is live.
- Have ready: your name and position, the business name as it shows in the app, your email, direct phone number and address.
- Confirm the email: Uber sends an automated email; choose “Confirm email address” to reach a support agent. No timeline is published.
- Stop your ads and Offers first. Ending the agreement also cancels your ad bids; Offers customers already redeemed must still be honored.
- Return the tablet and any other Uber devices within 10 days of the agreement ending.

Keep taking orders after you leave
Put your menu on your own Menuthere ordering website and QR code, made from a photo or PDF of your menu. Customers order direct at 0% commission, and the orders ring in your partner app.
