Can I use my own delivery staff with Uber Eats?
Updated 14 October 2026
Yes, in the US. Uber Eats lets restaurants choose Uber's couriers, their own couriers, or customers picking up themselves.
- Lower rate: Uber's US pricing page lists 15% for self-delivery and 25% when an Uber courier delivers.
- Other delivery services are allowed: Uber says a restaurant using another platform can still use Uber Eats.
- Other countries have their own terms, so read your contract.

Your own riders, no commission
On your own Menuthere website there is no commission whoever delivers. You set your delivery area and fee, and can use your own riders.
