How much notice does Zomato have to give before raising my commission?

Zomato's terms give 7 days' notice before it changes service fee rates or adds new charges.

• Amounts payable to Zomato are exclusive of taxes, which are added separately.
• Either side may end the arrangement on 7 days' written notice, with or without cause.
• Zomato may change the other terms effective as soon as they are posted.
• Your signed enrolment form sets your own rates, so read it too.
• Check the date of the terms, which were last updated 19 September 2025.
