Can I turn off the shopping cart in my WhatsApp catalog?

On the WhatsApp Business Platform (API) you can switch the cart and the catalog on or off for each business number. With the cart off, customers still see your dishes but no cart buttons.
- Default: the cart is on and the catalog storefront icon is hidden.
- Cart off: customers can see products and their details, but cart buttons do not appear anywhere.
- Per number: you choose this separately for each business phone number.
- Result: with no cart, customers have to message you to order.
