How do I change my restaurant's WhatsApp number without losing my chats?

Use Change Number on your main phone, not a new account. It carries over your account information and groups, and the old account is deleted automatically.

• Change the number on your primary phone. It cannot be done on a linked device such as WhatsApp Web or desktop.
• Change Number carries over account information and groups to the new number.
• After a successful change, the old account is deleted automatically.
• A WhatsApp account can be verified with only one number on one phone.
