What can I see about how my WhatsApp Channel is doing?

WhatsApp Channel insights cover the last 30 days. Followers do not see your profile name, picture or phone number, and the option is not available to everyone yet.
- One-way: WhatsApp describes channel updates as a one-way broadcast.
- Private for followers: they cannot see your business profile name, picture or phone number.
- Last 30 days: that is the period the insights cover, according to the WhatsApp Business help page.
- Not on every phone yet: WhatsApp says Channels is not available to everyone.
- Add an order link to each update, because insights show reach, not who ordered.
