LGPD consent must be free, informed and unambiguous, for a specific purpose, and the customer can withdraw it at any time.
- Ask for offers separately from the order, in clear words.
- Keep proof of when and how the customer agreed.
- No blanket wording: the purpose must be specific.
- Honour withdrawal at any time.
