Free brunch menu template
Updated October 20, 2026
Open our free brunch menu template, add your plates and drinks, and download a print-ready PDF: it's the soft, rounded Bakery design in rose with a serif heading, brunch plates, a lighter section, and mimosas by the glass or the carafe. No sign-up, no email and no watermark. Below: what's in it, how to price a carafe, how strong a mimosa is, and why "bottomless" is against the rules in some states.
In short
- The template: Bakery layout, rose, Playfair heading; Brunch plates, Lighter, Brunch drinks.
- Mimosas by the glass ($10) or carafe ($34), plus a non-alcoholic drink.
- One mimosa of 3 oz sparkling wine and 3 oz juice is about 0.6 of a US standard drink.
- "Bottomless" isn't legal everywhere. Massachusetts bans unlimited drinks for a fixed price.
What's in the brunch menu template
It opens as "Linden & Rose", weekend brunch from 10 am to 3 pm.
| Section | Example items |
|---|---|
| Brunch plates | Shakshuka*, Chicken and waffles, Smoked salmon toast, Lemon ricotta pancakes |
| Lighter | Yogurt parfait, Brunch salad* (with a soft-boiled egg) |
| Brunch drinks | Mimosa (glass / carafe), Bloody Mary, a non-alcoholic spritz, Cold brew |
The two starred dishes have soft eggs, so the template prints a consumer-advisory reminder at the foot of the page: "Regarding the safety of these items, written information is available upon request." Keep it only if you can give out that information; the Food Code also allows "Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness." More on eggs on the breakfast menu template page.
Worked example: pricing a mimosa carafe
Say a carafe is 24 oz: four 6-oz mimosas, half sparkling wine and half orange juice.
| Four glasses | One carafe | |
|---|---|---|
| Sparkling wine | 12 oz (about half a 750-ml bottle) | 12 oz |
| Example cost (bottle $12, juice 10¢/oz) | $7.20 | $7.20 |
| Menu price | 4 × $10 = $40 | $34 |
| Drink cost % | 18.0% | 21.2% |
The carafe gives the table a $6 saving and still runs a 21% drink cost, and it's one trip to the table instead of four. A 750-ml bottle is 25.4 oz, so one bottle makes two carafes with a little left over. The costs are examples; test yours with the menu price calculator.
How strong is a mimosa?
A US standard drink holds about 14 grams, or 0.6 fl oz, of pure alcohol: 5 oz of table wine at about 12%, for example (NIAAA).
- One mimosa, 3 oz sparkling wine at 12% + 3 oz juice: 0.36 oz of alcohol = 0.6 standard drinks.
- One 24-oz carafe, 12 oz of sparkling wine: 1.44 oz = 2.4 standard drinks.
Useful if your servers are trained to count drinks, and for writing a carafe line such as "serves 2 to 4".
"Bottomless" brunch and the law
State alcohol rules decide whether you can sell unlimited drinks for one price.
| Rule (Massachusetts, 204 CMR 4.03) | What it means for brunch |
|---|---|
| No unlimited drinks for a fixed price, except at private functions | No "bottomless mimosas" at a public brunch |
| No more than two drinks delivered to one person at a time | No three-mimosa flights for one guest |
| Malt beverages or mixed drinks by the pitcher only to two or more people | A carafe or pitcher goes to a table, not one guest |
| No advertising of any of these, inside or outside the premises | A "bottomless" poster is a violation too |
Other states have their own rules, some stricter and some looser. Check with your state's alcohol beverage control agency before you print "bottomless".

FAQs
Is this brunch menu template free?
Yes. Edit it and download it as a PDF or an image for free, with no sign-up and no watermark.
Are bottomless mimosas legal?
It depends on your state. Massachusetts, for example, bans selling unlimited drinks for a fixed price except at private functions. Check your state's alcohol beverage control rules before you advertise bottomless drinks.
How many standard drinks are in a mimosa?
A mimosa made with 3 ounces of sparkling wine at 12% and 3 ounces of juice has about 0.36 ounces of alcohol, roughly 0.6 of a US standard drink.
Should a brunch menu have a consumer advisory?
Yes, if you serve eggs runny or soft, such as poached, baked soft or soft-boiled, unless they are pasteurized. Mark those dishes with an asterisk and add a reminder footnote.
Is there a brunch menu template for Word?
The menu maker downloads PDFs and images, not Word files. Use the copy-ready layout on this page in Word or Google Docs.
