The latte line says "Oat, almond or soy milk on request". Put your milk upcharge in that line or as its own item. Selling as much food as coffee? The café template gives breakfast plates more room.
Price per ounce: the worked example
The template's latte is $5 (12 oz), $6 (16 oz) and $6.50 (20 oz).

Example cost = two shots ($0.50; the 20 oz gets a third, $0.75) plus milk at about 3.1¢ an ounce (10, 14 and 17 oz) plus the cup and lid ($0.15, $0.18, $0.20). The bigger cup is cheaper per ounce for the guest and still earns more in dollars: $5.02 left after ingredients on the 20 oz against $4.04 on the 12 oz. Caffeine: what the FDA says

So a 20-oz drip coffee can be well over half of that 400 mg. A small line such as "Ask us about caffeine" or a "Decaf available for any drink" note helps guests choose. Don't print exact milligrams unless you've had your own drinks tested; caffeine varies with the beans and the brew.

Coffee shop menu notes
- Allergens: milk, tree nuts (almond milk) and soy (soy milk) are three of the FDA's 9 major food allergens. Name them in writing if your food code is based on the FDA Food Code (§ 3-602.12).
- Chains of 20+ locations must show calories for each drink, and for the pastry case on a sign next to it.
- A menu board behind the bar: download the landscape counter board on Letter or A4, or A3 for a wall.
- Table cards: put the QR code from the free digital menu creator on a table QR card.
