Your own delivery ordering
Menuthere is your own ordering website and delivery system, not a marketplace. Customers order from your link, you set delivery areas and fees, and your own riders or a courier deliver. 0% commission on every plan.
Find your restaurant to start. The free plan includes 50 orders a month.

Pick the one you want before you pay for anything. With all three, customers do not arrive by themselves. Keep the apps for discovery and send your regulars to your own link.
An app like Zomato: many restaurants, a rider fleet and customers who browse. It is a business in itself, because you must find the customers and the riders. Clone-script and white-label vendors sell this. Menuthere does not. It is for one restaurant or one brand's outlets.
This is Menuthere. Your menu sits on your own link, with QR codes and, on Pro, WhatsApp. Customers enter an address, see the delivery charge, pay and follow the order. You send it with your own riders or a courier. It opens in the phone's browser, and 600+ restaurants run their own ordering website this way.
Your name and icon in the App Store and Google Play. On Menuthere this is Enterprise only, priced per account. A website is enough for most restaurants. Our ordering app page helps you decide.
What the apps take
Rates differ by app and country. Where an app does not publish a rate, the table says so and shows the range the press reported. Even when you deliver yourself, several apps still charge: Uber Eats UK 13%, Just Eat UK 14% and Uber Eats US 15%.
| App and market | When the app delivers | When you deliver yourself | On top | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zomato, India | Reported 15% to 30% | Not published | 18% GST on the commission. Payment gateway about 1% to 3%. | Not published by the app. Reported by Business Standard. Zomato India |
| Swiggy, India | Reported 15% to 30% | Not published | 18% GST on the commission. 2% collection fee on every order. | Not published by the app. Reported by Business Standard. Swiggy India |
| Uber Eats, US | 20% Lite, 25% Plus, 30% Premium | 15% | Card processing included. 7% on pickup. | Published by the app. Uber Eats US |

| Uber Eats, UK | 30%, or 33% on Uber One orders | 13% | 20% VAT on the fee. £650 activation fee plus VAT. | Published by the app. Uber Eats UK |
| Just Eat, UK | 30% | 14% | 20% VAT on the commission. | Published by the app. Just Eat UK |

| Jahez, Saudi Arabia | Reported 17% to 18% | Not published | E-payment fees on card orders. The rate is not published. | Not published by the app. Reported by its CFO. Jahez Saudi Arabia |
| Menuthere, every market | 0% | 0% | Your payment gateway's fee on online payments and your own delivery cost. No per-order fee. | Published on the pricing page. |
Rates as recorded on 25 September 2026, and the Uber Eats UK rates re-read on 1 October 2026. Apps change their plans, so check your own agreement. These are illustrative sums from published rates, not quotes. India: a ₹500 order at 25% commission costs 25% plus 18% GST on that commission, which is 29.5% or ₹147.50, before gateway and collection fees. A Razorpay payment at 2% on the same order is about ₹10 plus GST on the fee. UK: Just Eat's own example is a £20 order at 14%, which costs £2.80 plus 56p VAT, against £6 plus VAT at 30%. US: a US$30 order on Uber Eats Plus at 25% costs US$7.50, while a card payment through your own Stripe account at 2.9% + 30¢ costs US$1.17. At 25%, Lite at $9 a month equals the commission on US$36 of orders, and Pro at $39 equals the commission on US$156. Find your country on the delivery app commission hub, or read commission-free online ordering for caps, contracts and moving your regulars.
How it works
This is the journey a customer takes, and where each setting lives.
The menu opens in the phone's browser. There is nothing to install and no sign-up to browse. They can also add your link to the home screen from the browser menu.
You set a delivery radius, and an address outside it is asked to switch to takeaway. Free has basic delivery zones and fees. Lite adds advanced zones, delivery areas drawn on a map, and Google Maps or current-location addresses. A drawn area decides where you deliver. It does not set the price.
Choose a flat fee, a first-kilometre charge plus a rate per km, or distance bands with a fixed price each. You can make delivery free or cheaper above an order amount and within a distance. Free has basic fees, and fees by distance and rules start on Lite. The customer pays the charge at checkout.
The partner app for Android and iPhone rings until you accept the order. You can also turn on auto-accept.
They get a tracking page in the browser. On Pro, order-status messages also go out on WhatsApp from your own number. Meta bills its message fee to your own account, and Menuthere takes no cut.
Your riders
Delivery is still a cost: a rider or a courier. The customer pays a distance-priced charge, and 0% commission only removes the platform's cut.
Riders log in on their own phones on the rider app, which is an Android download. You assign an order from the dashboard, and they mark it delivered at the door.
When your own rider is on the way, the customer sees them on a live map that updates every few seconds. The tracking page opens in any phone browser, with no app to install.
Send an order to either one instead of a rider of your own.
A shared rider network. Invite riders by phone number, approve or reject riders who ask to link to your restaurant, and disable or remove any rider.
It does not supply or employ riders. You use your own staff, a courier or the Delivery Pool, or you offer pickup only. More on delivery management.
Begin with your own staff or a courier while direct orders are few. Add riders on Pro as orders grow.
Your options
Menuthere is our product, so read its column with that in mind. The vendor column uses the vendors' own pages, read on 1 October 2026.
| What to compare | A marketplace app or white-label platform | Menuthere | A branded store app |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it is | Your own Zomato-style platform with customer, driver and merchant apps. Vendors include Deonde, Saaztro and Hyperzod. | Your own ordering website, QR codes and delivery system in the phone's browser. On Pro, customers can also order through WhatsApp on your own number. | Your name and icon in the App Store and Google Play. |
| Commission | 0%, as Deonde and Saaztro state. Hyperzod's page states no rate | 0% on every plan | 0% on Menuthere Enterprise |
| What you pay | A monthly software fee. Deonde's own pages showed "from $39" and "from $49" on 1 October 2026. Saaztro and Hyperzod showed no price on the pages we read. | Free $0 (50 orders a month), Lite $9, Pro $39, Enterprise priced per account. | Enterprise is priced per account. If you hold the developer accounts: Apple US$99 a year and Google Play US$25 once. |
| Your brand | White-label apps under your name | Your name, colours and menu. Lite adds your own domain and removes the Menuthere badge. Free shows a small "Ordering by Menuthere" badge. | Your name and icon on the customer's phone |
| Customers | You find them | You find them | You find them, and they must install the app |
| Riders | A driver app with GPS, as the vendors describe it | Your riders app with live tracking, Shiprocket, Adloggs and the Delivery Pool, all on Pro. Riders are not supplied. | Same as your plan |
| Good for | Someone building a platform with several restaurants or a fleet | One restaurant or one brand's outlets that want their own orders | A brand whose regulars would keep the app on their phone |
Prices change, so check each vendor's own page, listed under Sources. Apple's guideline 4.2.6 rejects apps made from a commercial template unless the restaurant itself submits them. The question that decides it is whether your customers order often enough to keep your app on their phone. If not, a website and WhatsApp reach them without a download. See do you need a restaurant ordering app.
Be clear first
You bring the customers. Put your link on your Google profile, Instagram, bills and table cards. Check each delivery app's rules before you put anything in its bags: Deliveroo's partner policy gives flyers for your own channel as an example of not acting in good faith, and New York City requires platforms to let restaurants add menus and coupons. The commission page has the detail.
Online payment depends on your country, and we say so plainly. Where Stripe does not open accounts, customers pay cash on delivery or at pickup.
