Just Eat Partner Hub: a UK owner's guide to login, the app and common problems

Just Eat Partner Hub is the online account where UK restaurants manage their Just Eat business: menu, opening hours, delivery area, invoices, reviews, refunds, offers and their Performance Score. It used to be called Partner Centre, and the old partner-centre.just-eat.co.uk address now forwards to partner-hub.just-eat.co.uk. There's also an app, Just Eat Takeaway Partner Hub, on the App Store and Google Play. Orders themselves still arrive on your Orderpad; Partner Hub is where you change settings and see the numbers.
Menuthere is not affiliated with Just Eat, and this page has no login form. Checked on 20 October 2026 against Just Eat's UK partner knowledge centre and its app listing. Menu names change, so follow the labels on your own screen.
How to log in to Just Eat Partner Hub
- Go to Partner Hub in your browser (partner-hub.just-eat.co.uk; links to partner-centre.just-eat.co.uk forward there), or open the Just Eat Takeaway Partner Hub app.
- First time? Follow the on-screen instructions to create your username and password. Just Eat's knowledge centre says to never write the password down.
- Forgotten your password? Reset it from the Partner Hub sign-in screen.
- Still stuck? Use the virtual assistant in Partner Hub's support section, which Just Eat's knowledge centre points partners to.
The Partner Hub app (iPhone version 3.0.11, 12 October 2026) is published by Just-Eat Holdings Limited. Its App Store listing promises a real-time dashboard of revenue, orders and reviews, menu changes that go live "almost instantly", StampCards and TopRank, and your Performance Score.

Menu changes: save each edit, then press Publish once at the end. Just Eat says single changes go live within 24 hours, and bulk price changes within a few minutes. Publishing after every edit slows its team down. Items you take off the menu on the Orderpad come back online the next day.
Your Performance Score, explained
Partner Hub shows a Performance Score out of 100, built from five measures. These are Just Eat's targets for restaurants:

Invoices, payouts and refunds
- Invoices are weekly, Monday to Sunday. Just Eat's knowledge centre (2025) said invoices are emailed and available on Partner Hub and the Orderpad on Tuesday, with payment on Friday, apart from bank holidays, Easter and Christmas.
- Refunds: if a refund is down to your error (such as a wrong order), you're charged for it. If it's caused by something outside your control, such as an order handed correctly to a Just Eat courier that never arrived, Just Eat covers it. Challenge a refund in Management → Refunds, or email Customer Services with the order number.
- Commission: Just Eat's UK sign-up page listed 14% + VAT with your own drivers and 30% + VAT when Just Eat delivers (July 2026). See Just Eat commission in the UK.
Marketing tools in Partner Hub

Before you fund an offer, check what you keep: offers come off a price that already carries 14% or 30% commission plus VAT.

Keep Just Eat for new customers, and own your regulars
Partner Hub is built to win you more Just Eat orders, and since October 2026 Just Eat also takes orders in WhatsApp (what that means for takeaways). Those customers stay Just Eat's. Many takeaways keep Just Eat for discovery and give regulars their own ordering link at 0% commission.

How do I log in to Just Eat Partner Hub?
Go to partner-hub.just-eat.co.uk or open the Just Eat Takeaway Partner Hub app. First-time users create a username and password by following the on-screen steps. If you forget it, reset it from the sign-in screen.
Is Just Eat Partner Centre the same as Partner Hub?

Is there a Just Eat Partner Hub app?

What is a good Just Eat Performance Score?
The score is out of 100. Just Eat's targets for restaurants are an item quality rating of at least 4.3 out of 5, cancellations below 1.3%, photos on 80% of your menu, descriptions on 71% or more, and opening on time.
How long do Just Eat menu changes take?
Just Eat says single changes go live within 24 hours after you press Publish, and bulk price changes within a few minutes. Save each edit and publish once at the end.
How do I go offline on Just Eat?
Press the offline button at the top right of the Partner Hub dashboard, or use Stop taking orders on your Orderpad. Don't switch the Orderpad off at the plug: your restaurant stays online and orders keep coming.
Who do I contact at Just Eat for help?
Start with the virtual assistant in Partner Hub's support section, as Just Eat's knowledge centre suggests. In 2025 its knowledge centre also listed 0208 736 2000, 10am to midnight, 7 days a week, for order problems. Check the number in Partner Hub before you call.
