Your own agreement with Mrsool sets your rate. These approximate ranges come from public sources, listed at the foot of the page.

Approximate range~15–25%SEC-INTEL, a Saudi marketing agency, said in June 2026 that rates vary but are usually 15–20%. Online eMenu, a restaurant-software firm, put the base commission at 20–25% in September 2026.

On top of the commission

  • Card processing

Mrsool doesn't publish a card fee or say whether payment processing is inside the commission. Online eMenu's 2026 guide says payment and gateway fees typically add 1–2% on Saudi delivery apps, Mrsool included, so check your contract.

  • Subscription

SEC-INTEL says restaurants on Mrsool pay either a subscription fee or a commission on their orders. The subscription amount isn't published.

  • Ads and promotions

Optional. Online eMenu's 2026 guide puts typical sponsored placements at 2–4%, and promotions you fund at another 2–4%, of the orders they apply to.

Figures are estimates from the numbers you enter. Mrsool agreements differ by plan, location and volume, and platforms change their fees, so your Mrsool payout statement is the source of truth. The direct column assumes every order is paid by card at about 3%, before your ordering plan's fee; cash and pay-at-counter orders cost nothing. Worth knowing

What else sets your Mrsool bill in Saudi Arabia.

Competition authority. Saudi Arabia's General Authority for Competition consulted on draft food-delivery guidelines in March 2025, covering predatory pricing, selling below cost, exclusive contracts and discrimination between restaurants. It sets no cap on commission.

Mrsool lists restaurants and shops through Mrsool for Business, which handles the order from the menu to the customer's door. SEC-INTEL says customers pay the delivery fee directly to the courier.

In 2022 the newspaper Al Eqtisadiah, working from the apps' contracts with merchants, put Mrsool's average commission at 15%. The average across the five apps it compared was 18%.

NOMW Capital, a Saudi investment firm, bought a majority stake in Mrsool in April 2025 to prepare it for a possible listing on the Saudi Exchange.

A restaurant investor told Al Watan in October 2026 that the total cost of selling through a delivery app runs at 42% to 50% of a restaurant's monthly sales on it. He didn't name the app.

Questions

Mrsool commission in Saudi Arabia, answered.

Mrsool doesn't publish its commission in Saudi Arabia, and rates vary by restaurant. Guides published in 2026 put it at roughly 15% to 25% of the order value, so treat these figures as approximate.

Mrsool doesn't publish a card fee or say whether payment processing is inside the commission. Subscription: SEC-INTEL says restaurants on Mrsool pay either a subscription fee or a commission on their orders. The subscription amount isn't published. Ads and promotions: Optional. Match the plan to how you sell: a lower-commission plan usually means a smaller delivery area or less visibility in the app, and pickup orders cost less than delivery. Then give your regulars a direct way to order. An order placed on your own ordering page carries no commission, only your card processor's fee when the customer pays by card, so every regular who switches keeps the commission in your business. Keep Mrsool for finding new customers.

No. Menuthere takes 0% commission on every plan. The free plan gives you your own ordering website, a QR code menu and table ordering, with 50 orders a month included. Lite ($17 a month) removes the order limit and adds your own domain; Pro ($39 a month) adds WhatsApp ordering on your own number, loyalty and your own riders.
