ToYou commission · Saudi Arabia · checked October 2026
ToYou doesn't publish its commission in Saudi Arabia, and no reputable source reports a ToYou-specific percentage. A "25%–30% plus a 2%–4% ad boost" figure circulates online but can't be traced to a dated source, so it isn't used. For context, Saudi industry guides in 2026 put delivery-app commissions at roughly 15% to 30% of the order — a market range measured on HungerStation, Jahez and Keeta, not a figure for ToYou.
ToYou doesn't publish its Saudi restaurant commission, and no reputable source reports a ToYou-specific percentage. A circulating "25–30% + 2–4%" figure is unattributable and not used. The range below is the general Saudi market band, measured by 2026 guides on the big three apps (HungerStation, Jahez and Keeta) — not ToYou's own rate. Other apps and countries
The rates
Your own agreement with ToYou sets your rate. These approximate ranges come from public sources, listed at the foot of the page.
| Order type | ToYou delivers | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Saudi market context (not ToYou's own rate) | ~15–30% | The general Saudi band: Flow put base commission at 15–25% in April 2026 and a July 2026 guide (SEC-INTEL) went up to 30%, measured on HungerStation, Jahez and Keeta. ToYou publishes no rate; none of these cover it, and the circulating 25–30% + 2–4% figure is unverified. |
Card processing
ToYou doesn't publish a card fee or say whether payment processing is inside the commission. Check your contract.
VAT on the commission
Saudi Arabia charges 15% VAT, and delivery apps generally add VAT to their fees. ToYou doesn't publish how VAT appears on its invoices, so check your monthly statement.
Other charges
ToYou doesn't publish any ads, device or subscription fees. A circulating "2–4% advertising" add-on is unattributable and excluded; check your contract.

Figures are estimates from the numbers you enter. ToYou agreements differ by plan, location and volume, and platforms change their fees, so your ToYou payout statement is the source of truth. The direct column assumes every order is paid by card at about 3%, before your ordering plan's fee; cash and pay-at-counter orders cost nothing. Worth knowing
Competition authority. Saudi Arabia's General Authority for Competition consulted on draft food-delivery guidelines in March 2025, covering predatory pricing, selling below cost, exclusive contracts and discrimination between restaurants. It sets no cap on commission.
ToYou is a Saudi multi-category delivery app (food, groceries and more), still operating in 2026. No acquisition or shutdown was found; it appears to be independent.
A specific "25%–30% plus 2%–4% advertising" figure appears in search summaries but isn't attributable to any dated source we could open, so we treat it as invented and leave it out.
The 15–30% band above describes the market ToYou competes in, not ToYou itself. The Chefz is in the same no-published-rate position.
