Can I deliver Grubhub orders with my own drivers?
By the Menuthere editorial team · Last updated
Yes. Choose Self-delivery when you sign up and your own drivers deliver Grubhub orders. Grubhub charges no delivery fee on those orders, but its marketing commission (5%, 15% or 20% by plan) still applies.
- You set the boundaries and fees for your delivery area in your Grubhub for Restaurants portal.
- Supplemental Delivery adds Grubhub's drivers beyond your area or at busy times, for a delivery fee starting at 10% only on those orders.
- Grubhub+ orders: Grubhub decides how much it reimburses you for the delivery fee its members don't pay.
- Late or missing: you pay the refund when a self-delivered order arrives more than 30 minutes late or not at all.
- Plan rates and card processing are on our Grubhub US commission page.
Your own drivers, without the commission
On your own Menuthere ordering site there is no commission, whoever delivers. Your drivers use the Menuthere Delivery app on iPhone or Android, and customers follow the driver on a live map from a tracking link.
