Can I deliver Uber Eats orders with my own drivers in the US?
By the Menuthere editorial team · Last updated
Yes. Uber Eats' US Self-delivery plan charges a 15% fee on orders your own staff deliver. For farther-away orders, or when your drivers are busy, Uber's couriers can deliver at 25%.
- Support is yours: Uber's US terms make you responsible for all customer support and complaints on orders your staff deliver.
- Refunds: you pay refunds for substandard items and other issues within your control.
- Your drivers' conduct: the terms make you liable for what your delivery staff do in dealing with customers.
- Customer details you get for a self-delivered order are only for delivering that order, not for marketing.
- Compare: Lite is 20%, Plus 25% and Premium 30% when Uber delivers. See Uber Eats US commission.
Your own drivers, without the commission
On your own Menuthere ordering site there is no commission, whoever delivers. Your drivers use the Menuthere Delivery app on iPhone or Android, and customers follow the driver on a live map from a tracking link.
