How do I cancel my Deliveroo contract in the UAE?

Give 30 days' notice by emailing restaurants@deliveroo.ae. When the notice period ends, the contract is cancelled and no further fees are deducted.

• Menu Manager: its own terms also need 30 days' notice to end (terms last updated 27 April 2026).
• Marketer tools: cancel any time without penalty. Rewards: opt out any time; it ends 30 days after notice.
• Tablet: if the joining fee isn't fully paid when the agreement ends, Deliveroo may ask for the device back.
• Kuwait: the 30-day wording is written for the UAE. Deliveroo hasn't published a Kuwait equivalent, or the standard agreement's term.
