Does Swiggy require my Swiggy prices to match my other channels?

Swiggy has asked for it. A 2022 Competition Commission of India order records a Swiggy merchant term requiring "competitive prices" against other channels, including your own outlets.

• The order also records Swiggy emails asking restaurants to correct higher Swiggy prices "to avoid a push down in the search ranking".
• Swiggy publishes no restaurant terms, so your own contract is what applies today.
• No official Swiggy page about a current exclusive programme was found.
• Ask your account manager to show the price clause in writing.
