Can a WhatsApp order update message carry a photo, video or PDF at the top?

Yes. A template can have one header: text, or an image, video, GIF or document, or a location. Only the body is required.
- Header types: text, media (image, video, GIF or document) and location.
- Text headers: up to 60 characters, and one per template.
- Location headers work only in utility and marketing templates.
- Only the body is required. A header is optional.
- Use it for a dish photo or a PDF bill.
