Can I add a link, call or coupon-copy button to a WhatsApp message?

Yes. Message templates can carry buttons: quick reply, website link, call a phone number and copy code (handy for a coupon code).
- Up to 10 buttons in total: 2 link buttons, 1 call button and 1 copy-code button.
- Button text can be at most 25 characters.
- With more than 3 buttons, two show and the rest sit under See all options.
- These buttons are for templates sent on the WhatsApp Business API.
