How many buttons and options can a WhatsApp menu message have?

On the API, reply buttons give up to 3 choices and a list message gives up to 10 rows in total. That is too small for a full menu.
- Reply buttons: up to three predefined replies. A button label can be up to 20 characters.
- List messages: up to 10 sections, with up to 10 rows in total. A row title can be up to 24 characters.
- Interactive messages do not need templates or pre-approval.
- Use the list for choices like order type, and link to the full menu.
Show the full menu, not 10 rows
Customers send Hi and get an Order Now button that opens your complete menu, already signed in. The menu is not squeezed into list rows.
