No. If you are not a developer, Meta points you to a Business Solution Provider that connects your number to a bot platform. Only building on the Cloud API yourself takes code.
- A Business Solution Provider connects WhatsApp to bot platforms, shared inboxes and support software, so you do not program it yourself.
- Meta's Cloud API is used by code, so building on it yourself needs a developer.
- You may be able to keep your Business app number: providers that support “coexistence” let the app keep working next to the API.

WhatsApp ordering with no coding
