Can I give WhatsApp order chats their own notification sound?

Yes, on the phone app. Open the chat, tap its name, choose Notifications, then Notification tone, pick one and tap Save.
- Global tones are under Settings, Notifications, Notification tone for Messages or Groups.
- Custom notification tones are not available on WhatsApp Web or Desktop. Use the mobile app.
- If the tone is set to Silent, you get no sound even when the phone's sound settings are on.
New orders that ring until accepted
