How do I stop missing WhatsApp orders at busy times?
Updated 30 September 2026
Make every chat quick to answer and easy to spot: set a greeting message, save quick replies, label each order chat and add a second person on a linked device.
- Greeting message: goes out when a customer first messages you, or messages again after 14 quiet days, so they get an instant reply.
- Quick replies: save up to 50 answers, such as your menu link and payment details, and type “/” to send one.
- Labels: tag each chat, for example New, Confirmed, Ready, so no order slips past. You can create up to 20 labels.
- More hands: the app works on your phone plus up to 4 linked devices, so a second person can answer from another device.
- When chats still pile up: let customers order from a menu link, so each order arrives complete and nobody retypes it.
Orders ring until someone accepts them
Menuthere's partner app rings until an order is accepted, auto-accept can take it for you, and everyone on shift can have a staff login. If an order is missed, you get a WhatsApp alert.
