Can I take WhatsApp orders from customers outside my delivery area?
Updated 18 October 2026
You can, but decide first. Either say no politely and offer pickup, or charge a delivery fee that covers the distance. Set your area before you share your number, so customers know before they order.
- Set the area: decide the distance or neighbourhoods you deliver to, and say it on your profile.
- Charge for distance: a longer trip costs more, so add a fee that covers it.
- Offer pickup: when the address is too far, suggest pickup or a nearby meeting point.
- Check first: look at the address before you accept, not after you have cooked.
Let your delivery area say no for you
Set your delivery area and fees once, drawn on a map if you like. Checkout follows them, so you do not judge each address by hand.
