How do I check that my restaurant's WhatsApp API number is connected?

Open WhatsApp Manager, go to Account tools > Phone numbers and read the Status column. Only a number that shows Connected can send and receive messages through the API.
- Where to look: the Status column of the Phone numbers panel, under Account tools in WhatsApp Manager.
- Connected is required: a business phone number must be connected to send and receive messages via the API.
- What status shows: it reflects the number's quality rating and current messaging limit.
- If it is not Connected: orders and updates on that number will not flow.
Orders still arrive if WhatsApp fails
Orders ring on the Menuthere partner app until accepted, and a missed-order WhatsApp alert tells you when an order was not picked up. A WhatsApp problem does not stop orders arriving.
