How many dishes can one WhatsApp product list message show?

A multi-product message shows up to 30 products from your connected catalog, grouped into sections.
- 30 products per message, organised into sections.
- Sections: the API reference allows up to 10, with titles of up to 24 characters when there is more than one.
- Bigger menu? Send one section per category, or link to your ordering page.
- The catalog must be connected to your number first.
Show the whole menu, not 30 dishes
After a customer sends Hi, an Order Now button opens your full menu with sizes and add-ons, so a 30-dish cap does not limit what they can order.
