What will I be asked when I connect my restaurant's WhatsApp number to an ordering system?

A Meta sign-up window opens, usually from the ordering system's dashboard. You sign in, choose your business account, verify your number and give the system access.
- Sign in: use your Facebook or Meta Business login and accept the terms of service.
- Business account: select or create a business portfolio and a WhatsApp Business account.
- Number: enter your business phone number and verify it.
- Display name: enter the name shown in WhatsApp.
- Access: allow the ordering system to use these. The window works on desktop and mobile.
Connect your own number to ordering
Menuthere connects your own WhatsApp number through Meta's sign-up window. After that, the Hi then Order Now flow, order updates and broadcasts run from that number.
