The best white-label restaurant apps, scored

A white-label restaurant app is an ordering app in the restaurant's own name and branding, on the App Store and Google Play. These seven build one and take the orders through it. Three publish a flat price; the rest quote by the number of locations. Most charge the restaurant no per-order commission on app orders, so the app is a fixed cost rather than a cut of every sale.

4. Dishop

Fast-food and independent restaurants in France that want their own branded delivery app and website, set up by the provider, for a flat weekly fee with no commission.

Dishop builds a restaurant's own branded iOS and Android app and ordering website, with its Dishop Fleet courier app (or Deliveroo's fleet) and marketing tools such as loyalty and push notifications, at 0% commission. It is one plan at €49 a week (shown as €196 per 4 weeks), on a 12-month minimum.

Online payments go through Stripe (consumer terms, art. 8.2). The pricing page lists Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay as built in. If the restaurant allows it, customers can also pay in cash, by card on delivery or pickup, or with meal vouchers (tickets restaurant), directly to the courier or the restaurant (FAQ; terms art. 8.2).

Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Multiple locations

  • 0% commission on orders from the restaurant's own website and app, for one published flat price of €49 a week (pricing page; FAQ).
  • The plan includes a branded iOS and Android app, an ordering website, a custom loyalty programme, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay payments and a 7-day support line. Customers can order for delivery, click and collect or on site (including from a QR code menu on the table), choose a date and time, and pay in advance (pricing page; consumer terms arts. 3 and 6.1; Mamily case study).
  • Three delivery options: the restaurant's own drivers on the Dishop Fleet app with live GPS tracking; independent couriers it picks, paid automatically after each run from the delivery fee customers pay; or Deliveroo's courier fleet anywhere in France, with no commission on sales (delivery page).
  • 12-month minimum commitment (FAQ). Without a supported POS integration, the restaurant also needs an Android tablet and a ticket printer (FAQ).
  • No free plan or self-serve sign-up: every page leads to a demo request. Launch takes about 3 weeks after the restaurant sends its logo, menu and photos (FAQ), although the pricing page headline says 24 hours.
  • Stripe card-processing rates are not published, and the pricing page does not say whether €49 a week includes VAT. The consumer terms add a management fee and a delivery fee to each order at checkout, without stating the amount or who keeps the management fee.

5. UEAT

Canadian restaurants and chains that want a branded ordering website and app tied into their POS and Moneris payments, and are happy to buy through a sales quote.

UEAT, owned by the payments company Moneris, builds a branded ordering website and app with QR ordering and POS links, at 0% commission. It is now quote-only; its last published list (archived, April 2024) put Essential at CAD $99 a month plus a CAD $249 implementation fee.

Customers pay online through the ordering page. UEAT's April 2024 price list charged 2.9% + $0.30 per Visa or Mastercard payment on Essential and Growth. Moneris, which owns UEAT, was its preferred payment processor in Canada before the 2021 acquisition. The table-ordering page mentions Google Pay and Apple Pay, and Moneris' page mentions digital gift cards at checkout.

Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations

  • No commission on orders: restaurants pay a flat monthly platform fee plus card processing, and keep the customer data from direct orders (UEAT pricing FAQ, archived April 2024; Moneris UEAT page).
  • UEAT Hub sends direct web orders and Uber Eats, DoorDash and Skip orders straight to the restaurant's POS and kitchen display, instead of several tablets (Moneris UEAT page FAQ).
  • Pickup, curbside, delivery, dine-in and self-ordering are managed from one dashboard; delivery can go through Uber Direct, DoorDash Drive or the restaurant's own fleet (Moneris UEAT page; UEAT delivery page).
  • No public prices: Moneris asks restaurants to request a quote. The last published list (April 2024, archived) started at CAD $99 a month plus a CAD $249 implementation fee, with Pro quote-only.
  • Card payments cost 2.9% + $0.30 per Visa or Mastercard payment on Essential and Growth, on top of the monthly fee (UEAT pricing page, archived April 2024).
  • UEAT's diner terms say customers are generally charged an application fee per order and/or a non-refundable UEAT order processing fee, with no amount published (UEAT terms, archived January 2026).

6. LOKE

Hospitality groups and franchises in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Singapore and the US that want a branded ordering and loyalty app tied to their POS, run with a LOKE account team.

LOKE is a white-label ordering, payments, loyalty and marketing platform that builds a branded app with QR table ordering and the restaurant's own drivers, run with a LOKE account team. It quotes rather than publishing: setup, training, a platform use fee and transaction fees are set in each merchant's Term Sheet, with a minimum term.

Price
Quote only
Commission
Not published. Both merchant agreements charge Transaction Fees set in the Term Sheet, on top of the Platform Use Fee; the APAC agreement says these can be charged "on a percentage or per-transaction basis". Since 15 August 2022 LOKE has also added its own platform fee to diners' orders at checkout.
Online payments
Online payments run through Stripe. Each merchant, or each location, connects a Stripe account in LOKE Office, and Stripe pays out net of its fees: weekly by default, with the first payout 7 to 14 days after the first payment. At checkout diners can pay by card, and by Apple Pay or Google Pay where enabled. Some US setups also take cash. The merchant agreements also allow payment collection through third parties such as PayPal and Braintree. LOKE's payment API page lists Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Android Pay, PayPal and DBS Bank.

Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Multiple locations

  • Branded mobile apps plus web ordering on a loke.app subdomain or the venue's own domain. They cover pickup, delivery, order-to-table, pay-at-table, room service and orders scheduled for later (LOKE home and features pages, help centre).
  • Loyalty and marketing are built in: stamp cards, tiered loyalty, vouchers, triggered campaigns and push notifications, with reports on ROI and customer segments. Clients get a hospitality marketing specialist and a dedicated success manager, with 24/7 support (features and get-started pages, help centre).
  • Connects to many POS systems, including Lightspeed, Kounta, Zonal, Oracle, Micros, H&L, SwiftPOS, Speedline, HungerRush and Thrive, and to Doshii, Deliverect and Checkmate middleware. Delivery areas can be set by radius, postcode or an uploaded map area, and Australian clients on the public API integrations can send deliveries to Uber Direct drivers (help centre, payment API page, Jet's Pizza case study).
  • No published prices. Setup, training, platform-use and transaction fees are agreed in a Term Sheet that merchants must keep confidential; the APAC agreement lets transaction fees be charged as a percentage (merchant agreements).
  • Diners have paid a LOKE platform fee on every order since 15 August 2022, added at checkout. LOKE compares this to Deliveroo and Uber Eats surcharges (help centre).
  • Fixed minimum term that renews automatically for 12 months at a time. Under the APAC terms, notice must be given at least six months before the term ends (three months in the UK agreement).

7. Olo

US restaurant chains with 5 or more locations that want a white-label ordering platform with deep POS, delivery and marketplace integrations.

Olo's enterprise platform runs a white-label ordering website and app (Serve), direct delivery through couriers (Dispatch), delivery-app order integration (Rails), payments, loyalty and reservations, commission-free. It publishes no price list: contracts run three years or more with a fixed monthly fee and a fixed implementation fee.

Online payments
Olo Pay is Olo's own payment platform for online and in-store card payments, with Apple Pay and Google Pay, EMV payment terminals and built-in fraud screening (Olo Pay page). Olo is a payment facilitator and relies on a limited number of third-party processors that it does not name. In its FY2024 annual report, Olo Pay was available only to brands using Olo's Ordering module. The platform also integrates with other payment processors.

Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Reservations

  • No percentage commission: Olo charges subscription fees, markets Dispatch direct delivery as 'pay zero commissions' and makes orders through its new Olo App commission-free. Restaurants keep full ownership of their guest data (Ordering, Rails and Olo Network pages; FY2024 10-K).
  • Built for scale: Olo says it runs more than 3.5 million orders a day for 800+ brands at about 90,000 locations, with 99.99% uptime (Ordering and About pages).
  • Connects to more than 400 technology partners, including the POS a chain already uses. Rails brings orders from 15+ delivery marketplaces into the POS, and Dispatch sends direct deliveries to 27+ courier companies or the brand's own drivers (Ordering, Rails and Dispatch pages; FY2024 10-K).
  • No public prices and no self-serve signup: everything goes through a demo, and contracts usually run three years or longer, renew automatically, and need 90 days' notice to end (Olo site; FY2024 10-K).
  • Aimed at chains, not single restaurants: Olo groups its customers as Enterprise (100+ locations) and Emerging Enterprise (5–99 locations) (FY2024 10-K).
  • No POS of its own, so restaurants still need and pay for a separate POS. Restaurant Business calls the POS 'the most obvious gap' in Olo's lineup, and Olo had no loyalty product of its own until it bought Spendgo in December 2025 (Restaurant Business, January 2026).

How we scored them

Every score, so you can check the order.

Ranked by total score. Craver and Menuthere tie on 9; Menuthere is our product, so Craver takes first and Menuthere sits second. We score ourselves honestly on POS links (1, because Menuthere runs its own POS add-on and connects only to Petpooja, not to Square, Toast or Clover). Ties below are broken by the lowest published price to start a branded app.

When a rival is the better choice

Pick another system over Menuthere if…

  • Craver: You run a coffee shop or quick-service restaurant on Square and want a branded app at a published flat price with no setup fee.
  • Menuthere: You need the app to connect to an outside POS such as Square, Toast or Clover, or you want the platform to run your marketing and delivery-app orders for you.
  • EasyOrder: You are in Belgium and want a branded app, kiosks and table ordering at a published monthly price with no commission.
  • Dishop: You are in France and want the app and website set up for you, with courier delivery, on a flat weekly fee.
  • UEAT: You are in Canada, want the app tied into your POS and Moneris payments, and a sales quote is acceptable.
  • LOKE: You run a hospitality group or franchise and want an account team, loyalty and POS links, and a quoted contract is acceptable.
  • Olo: You are a chain of five or more locations that needs the branded app in the same enterprise stack as your web, marketplace and POS orders.

How we chose them

What put a system on this list.

  • A system qualifies if its dated profile on Menuthere says it builds the restaurant a branded iOS and Android ordering app, takes orders through that app, and is active.
  • Each system is scored on five criteria worth up to 2 points each (10 in all). The rubric and every score are in the table above, and each point comes from a fact in the system's profile.
  • Card processing is left out of the scores because every system charges it. Prices are each company's published prices on the date in its profile; many white-label platforms quote rather than publish.
  • Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.

Questions

Answered, plainly.

An ordering app published in the restaurant's own name and branding, on the App Store and Google Play, rather than a listing inside a marketplace app. Customers download the restaurant's app, order from it, and the restaurant keeps the branding and the customer relationship.

Among platforms that publish a price, Craver and Menuthere's Branded App plan are $99 a month, EasyOrder is €89 (Standard) and Dishop €49 a week. Others — UEAT, LOKE and Olo — quote by the number of locations; Olo's contracts typically run three years or more.

Most of the restaurant-facing fees here are a flat subscription, not a commission. Menuthere, EasyOrder, Dishop, UEAT and Olo take 0% commission on app orders; Craver charges the restaurant nothing per order but guests pay a 5% fee capped at $2; LOKE sets transaction fees in each contract. Card processing is separate.

Several do. Craver is built around Square POS, UEAT and LOKE tie into the restaurant's POS, and Olo connects to many POS systems. Menuthere runs its own ordering and a basic POS add-on and connects only to Petpooja, not to outside EPOS systems such as Square or Toast.

Yes. Craver, Menuthere, EasyOrder and Dishop are sold to single independent restaurants and cafés at a published price. UEAT suits independents too but is quote-only, while LOKE and Olo are aimed at groups, franchises and chains.
