Can I use QR ordering with counter pickup instead of table service?

Yes. Some QR systems list Counter Pickup beside Dine-in as an ordering type, so guests order on their phone and collect at the counter.
- me&u lists Dine-in and Counter Pickup as ordering types.
- A dine-in QR code can carry the table number so staff deliver to the table. A counter code has no table.
- For counter pickup, tell the guest how they will know the order is ready.
- Use a separate QR for the counter, so counter orders do not mix with table orders.
- Test one pickup order yourself before you open.
Counter pickup with the same QR
Menuthere takes takeaway and dine-in table orders from QR codes you print, and every order rings on your partner app, so pickup guests skip the queue at the till.
