Can I lock customer chats on a WhatsApp phone the staff share?

Yes. Swipe left on a chat, tap More options, then Lock chat. It moves to a Locked Chats folder behind an extra login.
- The extra login can be your passcode, Face ID, fingerprint or a secret code.
- No one else in the chat is told that you locked it.
- Notifications for a locked chat hide the name and the message.
- The chat closes when you lock your phone.
- A locked chat is hidden from the main list, so you must remember to check the folder.
Give each person their own login
