Can I star a WhatsApp message to save a customer's address or order?

Yes. Press and hold the message and choose Star. Find all starred messages under Starred in Settings or More options.
- Star the message that holds the address or the final order.
- To see starred messages for one customer, open the chat, tap the name and choose Starred.
- On a computer, right-click the message and choose Star.
- Removing a star does not delete the message.
- For a full record, keep orders in a list outside the chat as well.
Stop hunting through chats
On your Menuthere page the customer fills in items and address, and the full order sits in your dashboard. You do not star anything.
