Can I use a WhatsApp poll to let customers vote on the dish of the day?

Yes. In a chat or group tap Attach, then Poll. Write a question of up to 255 characters and up to 12 options.

• Each option can be up to 100 characters, so keep dish names short.
• Several answers are allowed by default. Switch that off to give each person one vote.
• You can hide voter names and set an end time for the vote.
• Poll settings cannot change after sending. Delete the poll and make a new one to change it.
• When the vote ends, post the winning dish with your ordering link.
