How do I find an old order in a WhatsApp chat by date?

Open the chat, tap Search, then tap the calendar icon and pick the day. You jump straight to that date.
- To search by word, tap the search icon, type a word such as the dish name and tap a result.
- Search also covers photos, videos, links, documents and polls.
- Search works inside one chat or across all your chats.
- If you cannot find an order, ask the customer to resend it.
- For a clear record, keep orders in a dashboard as well as in chats.
