How do I keep finished order chats out of my WhatsApp list?

Archive the chat. By default it stays archived even when a new message arrives, unless you turn off Keep chats archived.
- Archived chats are quiet. You get no notifications unless someone mentions or replies to you.
- A number next to Archived shows how many archived chats have unread messages.
- If archived chats keep coming back, check Settings, Chats, Keep chats archived.
- Archiving does not delete the chat. You can open it from the Archived row.
- A returning customer is easy to find again by search.
Keep the list for open orders
Orders from your Menuthere page sit in your dashboard by status, so finished orders move out of the way without archiving anything.
